Associate researcher
Historian of architecture, in 2019 she was appointed associate professor in History of Architecture at the Department of Humanities and Cultural Heritage at the Università degli Studi di Udine.
His studies, ranging from the modern to the contemporary age, focus on three main areas of research: museography and exhibition designs in Italy; 19th- and 20th-century theatrical architecture, and architectural design, from the Renaissance to the contemporary period.
Her principal publications include the monographs: Carlo Scarpa. L’architetto e le arti. Gli anni della Biennale di Venezia 1948-1972, Marsilio, Venice 2003; Teatri e luoghi per lo spettacolo, Electa, Milan 2008 (with A. Muffato); “Questo libro fu d’Andrea Palladio”. A senior researcher since January 2017, since 2019 she has been an associate researcher with the FNS project “Architecture in the Canton Ticino, 1945-1980”.
